How Agricola scores
Total all 11 categories on the harvest sheet: fields, pastures, grain, vegetables, three animal types, family member count, room/fence type, card bonuses, minus 1 per unused farm space. Highest total wins.
Fields
Score points based on field count — 0 fields = -1 point, then increasing rewards for 1+ fields per the harvest sheet table.
Pastures
Score points based on pasture count, with diminishing returns at higher counts per the harvest sheet table.
Grain
Score points based on total grain owned (fields and supply combined) per the harvest sheet table.
Vegetables
Score points based on total vegetables owned (fields and supply combined) per the harvest sheet table.
Sheep
Score points based on sheep owned, with a -1 penalty for owning none, per the harvest sheet table.
Wild boar
Score points based on wild boar owned, with a -1 penalty for owning none, per the harvest sheet table.
Cattle
Score points based on cattle owned, with a -1 penalty for owning none, per the harvest sheet table.
Unused spaces
−1 point for every empty space on your 3×5 farm grid at game end.
Stone rooms/fences
Wood rooms score 0 each; clay rooms +1 each; stone rooms +2 each. Plus optional fence/stable bonuses if applicable.
Family members
+3 points per family member at game end (you start with 2; growing the family is one of the main scoring levers).
Card bonuses
Sum the VP icons printed on your Occupation and Minor Improvement cards in play.
