How Citadels scores
Citadels scoring totals the gold cost of districts you built, plus +3 for having all five colors in your city, +4 for being the first to 8 districts (or +2 for finishing 8 after the leader), and any extra VP printed on purple districts. Highest total wins.
District cost total
Sum the gold cost printed on every district you have built into your city.
Color bonus (5 colors)
+3 points if your built city contains at least one district of each of the five colors (yellow, blue, green, red, purple).
First to 8 districts
+4 points to the first player to finish a city of 8+ districts; +2 points to any other player who completes a city of 8+ districts before the game ends.
Purple-district bonus
Add the bonus VP printed on each purple (special) district in your city — for example Dragon Gate +2, University +2, Library/Observatory bonuses.
