How Great Western Trail scores
Great Western Trail scoring sums six sources: cow breeding values in your deck, unlocked station masters, built craft-buildings, removed hazards/tepees, completed objective cards (uncompleted ones cost VP), and 1 VP per 5 dollars. Most VP wins.
Cow values
Sum the breeding values printed on every cattle card in your deck and discard pile at game end.
Station masters
Each station-master tile you have unlocked along the train route awards its printed VP, plus VP from the disc you placed there.
Buildings
VP printed on the corner of every craft-building tile you constructed on the trail.
Hazards & tepees
VP printed on each hazard tile you removed and on each Indian-trade (tepee) tile you collected.
Objective cards
Each completed objective card scores the VP printed on it; uncompleted objective cards in hand instead deduct their printed minus VP.
Money (÷5)
1 VP per 5 dollars remaining at game end (round down).
